Job Description
One postdoctoral fellow position is available to investigate the role of mu-opioid receptor signaling in head and neck cancer progression using molecular biology techniques and bioinformatics. Mu-opioid receptor signaling modulates the function of head and neck cancer cells, we are particularly interested in how the receptor affect epithelial-mesenchymal transition and the role of antagonists to be introduced in clinical practice.
Applicants should have a MD, PhD or MD, PhD degree and be highly motivated to work in the field. Prior experience with molecular biology techniques is required.
