　　聘用条件

　　Required qualification1.年龄不超过35周岁；

　　2.英语水平流利；

　　3.有较好力学和编程能力

　　2.A fluent level of English is mandatory.

　　3Having better mechanics and programming skills

　　薪酬

　　Salary1.全职博士后至少25.5万元/年；外籍博士后：3-5万美元；

　　2.学校提供博士后公寓；

　　3.优秀者可竞聘正式编制教职。

　　1.Full-time post doctoral: 180,000 RMB or more;

　　Foreign postdoctor: US $30,000-50,000.

　　2.The post-doctoral apartments are provided；

　　3.Excellent candidates may compete for full clerical positions.
