　　Job Purpose

　　Postdoctoral Associate to work on Rett syndrome to dissect circuits for motor planning for better understanding of Rett pathogenesis. This position will use viral injection in brain tissue as well as circuit mapping and behavior to reveal the cause of motor abnormalities in Rett.

　　Job Duties

　　·         Plans, directs and conducts specialized and advanced research experiments.

　　·         Evaluates and analyzes data.

　　·         May establish new research protocols and procedures.

　　·         Summarizes research findings and publish results in research journals.

　　·         May be responsible for laboratory operations.

　　·         May supervise research staff.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　·         Ph.D in Basic Science, Health Science, or a related field.

　　·         No experience required
